MGM – Stargate Command – Payment Terms

Effective Date: September 20, 2017

These “Payment Terms” govern your purchase of premium access to the Site through an All-Access Pass (“Premium Account”). Premium Accounts are only available to residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom (“Territory”). If you do not reside in the Territory, please do not purchase a Premium Account. These Payment Terms are Additional Terms pursuant to the Site’s Terms of Use. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined in these Payment Terms have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

We offer a single type of Premium Account, the fees, benefits, and additional limitations applicable to which are set forth on the Site. You may receive additional benefits, as described on the Site, if you purchase a Premium Account during the pre-sale period between August 29, 2017, and 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time on September 19, 2017 (“Pre-Sale”). Pre-Sale purchases are available only to residents of the United States. Premium Account holders may access streaming content on the Site from a maximum of three (3) total devices over the entire Access Period (defined below).

PLEASE NOTE: PREMIUM ACCOUNTS ARE TEMPORARY IN NATURE AND WILL PROVIDE PREMIUM ACCESS TO THE SITE ONLY BETWEEN THE LAUNCH OF THE PREMIUM ACCOUNT PROGRAM ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2017 (“LAUNCH”) (OR WHENEVER YOU PURCHASE A PREMIUM ACCOUNT, IF LATER) AND THE CONCLUSION OF THE PREMIUM ACCOUNT PROGRAM AT 11:59:59 pm U.S. PACIFIC TIME ON MAY 15, 2018 (THE “ACCESS PERIOD”). At the end of the Access Period, you will lose access to the benefits of your Premium Account. Any downloadable or retainable benefit of your Premium Account must be retrieved prior to the end of your Access Period.

If you purchase a Premium Account through our website, you will be required to provide a valid payment method during the checkout process as described on the website. If you purchase a Premium Account via in-app purchase through one of our mobile apps, the fees will be billed as an in-app purchase to your account with the third-party app store through which you acquired our app (“App Store”) (e.g., Apple or Google) and your billing relationship will be with that App Store. (If you reside outside the United States (but otherwise within the Territory), you will only be able to purchase a Premium Account via in-app purchase through one of our mobile apps.)

Premium Account fees are charged on a one-time basis for the entirety of your Access Period. The fees (which include any applicable taxes) will be billed upon purchase. You acknowledge that the digital content will be available immediately after your order is accepted, and as a result of the digital content being made available to you, you will not have the right to cancel. You acknowledge that all purchases are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except that Pre-Sale purchasers may cancel their Premium Account and request a refund by contacting Customer Service as described on the Site not later than seventy-two (72) hours after Launch on September 20, 2017. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the Site, all fees are listed in, and will be charged in, United States Dollars. You are solely responsible for all internet connection and other costs that you incur accessing and using the Site

We may modify these Payment Terms at any time. The updated Payment Terms will be posted on the Site so that they are accessible via link on the home page. The updated Payment Terms will be effective on the date posted, unless otherwise specified, and will apply to any purchase of a Premium Account after we have posted the updated terms.

You may need the latest version of your mobile device operating system or Internet browser to watch the digital content. The digital content may be secured by digital rights management technology.

Before you place your order, you can change the text in the order form fields by typing in different text. Payment is only possible by certain credit and debit cards. You will need to click on the “Make Payment” or similar button to complete your purchase.

These Payment Terms and all other terms and conditions are available in the English language only.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract (in other words, if you purchase the All Access Pass we will make the digital content available in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions).
